Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account settings in pelajarin.ai. Cancelling stops future charges, and there is no refund for the unused part of the current period.

Your notes, flashcards, streaks, and XP stay on your account after cancelling; you simply return to the free plan's limits.

Refund policy

Per the official refund policy, all paid plan purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. This policy is communicated clearly before payment and is subject to consumer protection regulations applicable in Indonesia.

Technical disruptions

If a serious technical disruption on our side cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, provide compensation such as a service time extension, rather than a monetary refund.

Unpaid bills

Paid service is discontinued if a billing period goes unpaid.

Getting help with billing

If a charge looks wrong or a payment didn't register:

1. Check your account's plan status in the app first.
2. Contact us at support@pelajarin.ai with the date and amount of the charge.
