Who we are
We are CV. Triputra Consulting, operating under the trade name "Pelajarin AI", a SaaS platform offering summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and a chatbot for learning.
Plans and pricing
There are three plans: Free, Pro, and Institution (institution terms are tailored after confirmation with our team). Prices follow the pricing page and are final, excluding applicable taxes. Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, e-wallets, and others as provided.
Your account
- Register with true, complete, and accurate information.
- Keep your username/password confidential; losses caused by failing to secure your account are the user's responsibility.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
What's allowed and what's not
Use the service as intended for personal or institutional learning. Prohibited, among others:
- Spamming, unauthorized automation, mass scraping, or sharing access without permission.
- Uploading content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, racist, or infringes others' intellectual property.
- Reverse-engineering, modifying, or attempting to access the service's source code.
- Misusing the chatbot for illegal activity.
Violations can lead to suspension or termination of access. Actions that endanger security (hacking, malware, DDoS) can result in subscription termination without refund and may be reported to the authorities.
Content ownership
Content you upload or create remains yours, we only receive the right to use it to operate the service. The software, design, and the service itself belong to us.
Changes to the terms
Features, pricing, and the terms may change at any time with notice via the website, app, or email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
The terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled amicably first; failing that, through the West Jakarta District Court.
